Javier and the team did an amazing job on our unexpected "project". We had a 100 foot tall eucalyptus tree come through our ceiling in a storm and basically destroyed much of the house. Their response time was awesome. Javier personally organized the team and ensured expectations were clearly communicated with us during this terribly stressful event. The framing and shore up of the roof was quickly and professionally executed to reduce the possible damage by mold and water. During this process, we have dealt several different organizations and contractors as you might imagine. When a surprise bathroom remodel had to happen (leaking shower pan), they stepped up and did great work. To my dismay, we discovered that our toilet had been leaking. Our plumber came and fixed the leak but was concerned about the water damage to our floors. He recommend Javier at Above All to evaluate the damage. Needless to say I was overwhelmed with the possible repercussions from the water damage. After calling Above All, the owner Javier came within an hour and surveyed the damage and took all the pictures that my home insurance required to approve the work. This was all 2 days before Christmas but as soon as we received the insurance approval, Javier and the Above All crew started the work and even stopped by on Christmas Eve to check the progress of the work. After Christmas they completed the work 2 days later and I had a beautiful new dry leak free bathroom! Thank you Javier and Above All Restoration and Construction!
